Seasonal & Peak-Time Policy

• During peak seasons / high-demand periods, confirmed bookings cannot be changed or cancelled.
• This policy applies to major holiday weekends, festivals, and peak travel dates.
• Customers must confirm special cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Vehicle Quality & Standards

All vehicles supplied by Bright Travel Mate are well-maintained, regularly inspected, and clean to ensure a safe, comfortable, and reliable travel experience for our clients.

Cab Breakdown Policy

• In the event of a vehicle breakdown or any unforeseen incident, Bright Travel Mate will make every reasonable effort to repair the vehicle promptly or provide a replacement vehicle, subject to availability and operational feasibility.
• Replacement arrangements will be made based on time, distance, and availability constraints.
• This service is intended to ensure customer convenience and continuity of travel.
• If the customer chooses to cancel the trip despite these arrangements, the cancellation will be processed as per the standard cancellation policy.

Driver Allowance (Batta)

• Driver charges include a daily allowance (batta) applicable from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, as per the selected package.
• An additional night allowance will be applicable for driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• For all outstation trips, driver batta is mandatory.
• Customers are not required to bear the driver's food and accommodation expenses; however, they may choose to do so at their own discretion.

Package & Kilometer Policy

• Packages are based on fixed kilometers (KM) and hours.
• Minimum travel requirement: 300 KM per day (as applicable for outstation tours).
• One calendar day is counted from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
• Package KM usage requirements:
  • 1 Day: Minimum 300 KM
  • 2 Days: Minimum 600 KM (cumulative usage allowed)
• Kilometers will generally be calculated on a Garage-to-Garage basis. In some cases, billing may be Point-to-Point, as per booking agreement.
• Extra KM and Extra Hours will be charged according to the vehicle type.

Toll, Parking, Taxes & Permits

• Toll, parking, and entry charges are extra, payable as per actuals (unless explicitly included in the package).
• State permits and interstate taxes are applicable as per government rules.

One Way Trip Policy

One-way outstation trips are generally charged for both-side kilometers to cover the return journey, unless special one-way drop fares have been agreed upon at the time of booking. Discounts may be offered in select cases, at the discretion of Bright Travel Mate.

Vehicle Usage Guidelines

• The vehicle is intended for outstation travel or the booked package only and is not meant for unauthorized local trips.
• Pickup and drop must occur at the same designated location.
• Customers are requested to maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle.
• AC may be turned off in hilly areas for vehicle safety and performance reasons.
• AC will not run when the vehicle is parked or waiting.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle in order to ensure hygiene and cleanliness for subsequent travelers, unless agreed otherwise in writing at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper vehicle care. Any intentional damage will be chargeable to the customer.
• Illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Cooperate with the driver for a safe journey.
• Manage your own time for sightseeing and attractions. The driver is not a tour guide.
• The company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
• Delays due to natural causes, landslides, blockades, or traffic are the customer's responsibility.
• All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
